The Team - Oman

Shadi Zghoul

Founder & CEO

Shadi Zghoul holds a Law degree from the University of Jordan and is a member of the Jordan Bar Association. He started his career in 1997 and accumulated his experience from various top corporations and law firms in Jordan. He has vast experience in litigation, employment, banking, insurance, IT and corporate law.

He re-located and started his career journey in the Sultanate of Oman in 2010 as the Legal Advisor for the Minister of Tourism, then moved to a top, publicly listed investment firm in Oman as a Legal Advisor, Compliance Officer and a Group Company Secretary.

He is well experienced in the legal framework of the Sultanate of Oman, has in-depth knowledge about the legal practice requirements, and has forward ideas about the enhancement thereof.
